Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. SOCAR has invested €200M in construction of tourist resort “Portonovi” in Kumbor of Montenegro so far, President of Montenegro Philip Vuyanovich said in his interview to BNE IntelliNews.
According to him, total cost of the complex makes €500 mln: “SOCAR has already invested €200 mln in this project. We hope this complex will be launched in late 2017”.
The project started in 2014. SOCAR has taken the complex on lease for 90 years. The leaser has right to establish a company in Motenegro and all rights and powers will be handed to this company.
