Baku - APA-Economics. Russia's only budget airline Pobeda will start regular flights on Rostov-Baku-Rostov route since October 31, press service of the State Civil Aviation Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics.
The flights will be carried out on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
This is the fifth law-cost airline carrying out flights to Azerbaijan. Currently, flydubai, WizzAir, Pegasus and airBaltic budget airlines carry out flights to Azerbaijan.
The State Civil Aviation Administration is negotiating with several airlines to start flighst to the regions of the country.
