Heydarov said that innovations will be applied in the construction sphere: “Such meetings aim to determine what is needed to accelerate the construction works. Obtaining of technical conditions will be simplified in the future. Earlier, buildings have been constructed and put into use without acts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and nothing is known about fire security in those buildings. But it’s good that such facts don’t exist now”.
The minister noted that no artificial obstacles will be allowed during the construction period: “The construction companies must electronically enter the information about documentation the system. All initial information must be entered the e-system to be launched by the ministry in the future. This will play a role of single window and other bodies will also be able to get this information from the MES”.
