According to the decision, Director of State Civil Aviation Administration Arif Mammadov has been appointed as the chairman of Board of the Administration. Board members are: Deputy Director Hajiaga Hajiyev, Executive Director of Interstate Council on Aviation and Use of Airspace Eldar Bagirzade, head of foreign relations department of the Administration Samir Bagirov, head of Licensing and state registry department Fariz Aliyev, head of aviation security department Mubariz Aliyev, head of flight safety oversight department Mukhtar Karimov, head adviser-lawyer Alesger Abdullayev.
The decision shall enter into force on the date of signing.
