In accordance with the legislation, Sumgayit Executive Power takes measures to develop passenger transportations, control motor transport subjects transporting passengers to obey normative legal acts, organize passenger transportations via motor transport and form state order in this sphere, implement passenger transportation safely on the basis of single norms and rules.
The Cabinet of Ministers shall submit proposals on number of employees to the president within three month.
According to decree, the Cabinet of Minister shall reconsider the number of employees of the State Automobile Transport Service of the Transport Ministry within three month and inform the president.
Moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers shall take necessary measures on solution of issues regarding logistical support of the Ganja Department of Passenger Transportation via Automobile Transport.
