Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-February of 2016, Azerbaijan manufactured machinery and equipment, transport facilities, cars and trailers worth AZN 29.8 mln.
State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics that machinery and equipment manufacturing dropped 31.7%, cars and trailers ascended 19.6%, other transport facilities slipped 11 %.
Finished products on private cars made 120.
At the same time, 42 trucks were manufactured in the country during the same period, down 45.5% in comparison with a yearearlier (finished products – 2).
Moreover, 10 special purpose vehicles were manufactured during the same period, down 90% from previous year. Finished products made 58.
Tractor manufacturing fell 22.6% to 144.
