Entrepreneurs engaging in passenger transportation on Baku-Nizhny Novgorod route face injustice

Baku. Etibar Mammadov - APA. A group of entrepreneurs engaging in passenger transportation on Baku-Nizhny Novgorod in Baku International Bus Terminal said they face injustice, APA reports.

The entrepreneur Bakhtiyar Bilalov said the State Automobile Transport Service of the Transport Ministry interfere with their operation and require them to operate under AN company which require injustice due from them: “We have been operating for over 15 years and established Metropol Trans company. However, employee of the State Automobile Transport Service Vidadi Gahramanov and head of transportation regulation department Malik Aliyev require Metropol Trans to sign contract with AN company and operate under it for Baku-Nizhny Novgorod international passenger transportation. Why are not we allowed to sign contract with the State Automobile Transport Service and operate transparently?”

The entrepreneurs noted that not only Metropol Trans, but other companies also gace same groundless requirements.

Though the entrepreneurs appealed to the State Service, their appeals were rejected.

Employee of the State Automobile Transport Service Vidadi Gahramanov told APA that they received no document about Metropol Trans.

According to him, the situation will be discussed with the entrepreneurs.
