187,578 unique IP-address was tested in the formulation of the rating. According to the NetIndex rating, the average rate of incoming traffic in Azerbaijan is 2.75 Mbit / sec. In Baku, the speed of traffic is equal to 2.83 Mbit / s, in Sumgait - 2.99 Mbit / sec.
The rating also shows the results of the statistical indicators of 20 ISPs and telecom operators in Azerbaijan. The maximum speed of incoming traffic in fixed networks was recorded in Eurosel (4,59 Mbit / s), minimum - Datacell (1,49 Mbit / s).
The rating on outgoing traffic, Azerbaijan ranks 120th place. According to the rating, the average speed of outgoing traffic in Azerbaijan is 0.98 Mbit / sec. In Baku, the figure is 0.98 Mbit / s, in Sumgait - 1.26 Mbit / sec. The maximum speed of outgoing traffic in fixed networks was recorded in AzEduNet (2,12 Mbit / s), minimum - Azerbaijan Data Network (0,37 Mbit / s).
