Azerbaijani President: The most modern road and transport infrastructure to be created in Azerbaijan

The President noted that the world has eight such centers and the most progressive and advanced technology among them is in Baku. â€œThe idea of creating this center came up during my visit to the Republic of Korea. Then I became acquainted with the possibilities of intelligent traffic management center of Seoul, and we decided that it must create a system in Baku", - he said.

Head of the State expressed satisfaction that the active participation of Korean companies, the system established in Azerbaijan in Baku.

â€This system will allow greater resolve safety issues, there will be new opportunities for traffic management. Creates perfect conditions for a culture of traffic control, will make a control system. I am sure that after the full implementation of the system in operation, each resident of Baku will be felt in life wonderful effect of this centerâ€, - he said.

The President expressed hope that the next stage of this system will be established in other cities. â€In a few years all the cities of our country will be provided with this wonderful system. In the end, it will lead to a unique situation in the world. Because, as I said, this system is available in 8 countries, but covers them in one or two citiesâ€, - the President said.

According to him, if at the time this work was not done, then a similar situation might have been in Baku. â€œInfrastructure projects have been taken proactive measures that are not allowed to have traffic jams in Baku a major problem.
