Bakcell provides high-quality services in remote regions of the country
Recently, residents of Qarakhanli, Imamqulubeyli, Alibeyli and Boyat villages of Agjabedi region, have addressed Bakcell with a letter, communicating about problems related to usage of Bakcell services, encountered by the population of neighboring villages. Despite the fact that the mentioned villages are located in remote areas and border with Armenia, Bakcell, who pays a special attention to customer satisfaction and needs of the population, has applied every effort in order to provide the population with high quality mobile communication services. As a response to the above mentioned letter, new base stations were shortly installed, and the population of remote regions is now able to use Bakcell services.
On this occasion, Bakcell has conducted a two-day event in Uch Oglan village of Agjabedi region and Guzanli settlement of Agdam region. During the events, residents have received valuable gifts from Bakcell, and were able to purchase Bakcell numbers and top-up cards.
“We live in the front-line area, and therefore need the high quality mobile communication services more than others. After consulting with local residents, we came to conclusion that Bakcell offers the most advantageous mobile communication services, and decided to address a letter to the Company. We are thankful to Bakcell for their prompt reaction to our callâ€, said Rahman Qasimov, Guzanli municipality representative.
According to Mr. Richard Shearer, Chief Executive Officer of Bakcell, Bakcell stands ready to provide all our residents from remote regions with high quality mobile communication services: “We continually review the quality and availability of our network on a nationwide basis. Bakcell has rolled out over 500 new base station sites in the last two years to radically improve coverage. We continually add capacity to existing sites and have improved quality throughout our network infrastructure. Independent quality testing of all networks ranks Bakcell first and joint first throughout the countryâ€.
