Azerbaijan drops 2 stages in Facebook rating

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The total number of Facebook users has exceeded 799 million people. According to the report Socialbakers, the top five countries in the ranking include U.S, Indonesia, India, Brazil and Mexico.

The number of Facebook users in Azerbaijan exceeded 600 thousand. Over the past three months, the number of Azerbaijani social network users grew by more than 100 thousand. Azerbaijani segment of Facebook in the ranking of attendance is at 91-m site, which is two notches lower than at the beginning of October. Within the past 3 months, the number of users of social networks increased by 1.2%, which makes 7.3% of the population of Azerbaijan.

Among the total number of users account 64% are men, 36% - women. The first place on the number of visitors are between the ages of 18 to 24 years (47%), the second - the visitors in the age group 25 to 34 years (23%), third place in the audience age range of 16 to 17 years (12%) .

According to the number of Facebook users, Azerbaijan is ahead of such CIS countries as Kazakhstan (362,260 users), Belarus (354 520), Moldova (221 220), Armenia (242 300), Uzbekistan (106 080), Kyrgyzstan (64 620), Tajikistan (26 820) and Turkmenistan (12 020).
