Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technologies Elmir Velizadeh says proposals for the establishment of this body have already been submitted to the government.
Velizadeh noted that the duty of special body for information security - to ensure the safety of each user, including business and government agencies. According to world practice, all such structures are created as state bodies.
