Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Azerfon and Nokia Siemens Networks companies will invest $80 in modernization of Azerfon’s 3G networks, said the Executive Director General Yurgen Pitz at the press conference.
According to him, the implementation of project started in July and capital will be invested in modernization during 8 months.
He noted that, construction of widest 3G network would be completed within the contract signed with Nokia Siemens Networks Company. Besides, video call will be launched, recently.
Head of Nokia Siemens Networks in Turkey, Eastern European and Central Asian countries Ernst Nassi noted that, the company engaged in modernization of Azerfon’s base stations.
