Baku hosts CAREC Ministerial Conference - <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION</font>

Azerbaijani Minister of Economic Development, chairman of 10th Ministerial Conference of CAREC Program Shahin Mustafayev has read the presidentâ€™s congratulation letter.

Minister stressed second chairmanship of Azerbaijan at the conference. So that the 7th CAREC Ministerial Conference on was held in Baku in 2008.

ADB President Haruhiko Kuroda informed about works conducted and to be conducted within the CAREC Program. He noted that, the trade turnover of CAREC countries increased during the past 10 years. More than 100 projects were and implemented. $17 bln was spent to these projects.

According to him, the trade links in member state will be tripled by 2017. 27 energy projects are considered within CAREC and these make 27of programâ€™s budget. CAREC will more useful routes and require new expenditures during next 10 years.
