Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Today, Azerbaijan-based AtaTexnologiya and Sloveniaâ€™s Adacta Companies have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in IT sphere.

According to APA-Economics, the document was signed by AtaTexnologiyaâ€™s Director Mais Yusifov and Adacta chief manager Tomas Volk.

After signing ceremony, Yusifov noted that, the contract initially considers jointly preparation and application of the special software on automatization of business processes in insurance sphere. Thereafter, joint new products are planned to produce and apply.

Yusifov says after localization of software it will be presented to all insurance companies in the country: â€œPrice will be useful for local market. For life insurance companies, it was considered to apply AdInsure life box, for non-life insurance companies â€“ AdInsure softwares. May be special software will be prepared for reinsurance companiesâ€.

He also noted that, talks with 5-6 companies are being held.
