According to APA-Economics, officials of both countries and representatives of ICT companies attended the forum. Azerbaijani Minister of Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov noted that, Azerbaijan and Israel had close economic relations, as well cooperation in ICT sphere.
In turn, Israeli Telecommunication Minister Moshe Kahlon noted that, Azerbaijan’s future plans I ICT sphere would support the general development of the country. HE also noted that, experience exchange between two countries are not excluded: “Azerbaijan locates in the interesting area from the standpoint of geography. Application of ICT in Azerbaijan’s mountainous areas is interesting or Israelâ€.
Besides, Deputy Minister of Communication and IT Iltimasd Mammadov spoke about Azerbaijan’s achievement in ICT sphere, as well E-government, TASIM, Azerspace, application of digital TV and etc.
