To her, at the present time the number of mobile Internet users of Azercell exceeds 1 million: “I hope that after 3G services will increase this number moreâ€.
Note that, as of today Azercell Telecom company started to provide 3G services. 3G service covers the whole country. Through the 3G, subscribers will be able to use the mobile Internet at speeds of 7.2 Mbit / sec, which is 20 times faster than current technology used in 2G. 3G speed in Baku and in some areas of Azerbaijan even will reach 21 Mbit / sec. Activation of 3G services is free-of-charge. To do this, it is enough to send an SMS to 2525 with the word «3G».
