Annual inflation drops to 8.3% in Azerbaijan

Prices of foodstuffs prices rose 11.1%, non-food prices soared 2.7%, service tariffs increased by 4.6.

Remind that, annual inflation in the country made 8.4% in January-September, 2011, as well food prices rose 11.9%, non-food â€“ 2.8%, service tariffs â€“ 4.3%.

Note that, IMF forecasts inflation in Azerbaijan for 2011 as 10.3%. But ADB forecasts it as 4%. According o prognoses of Azerbaijani government, this year, the inflation will be 5%.
