B&B TV company: Statements of Azercell Telecom leadership are wrong and contrary to legislationâ€

She said it as a response to statements spread by President of Azercell company Ali Agan on non-fulfillment of decision #65 passed by ASCR on August 27, 2011.

Babayeva said taking into account that the decision of the ASCR touches the rights and legitimate interests of B&B TV, on October 25, the company appealed to Baku Administrative-Economic Court number 1: â€œOur company has asked the court to prohibit the seizure frequency until the litigationâ€.

The Court declared the application of sound and satisfied him.
Accordingly, the present non-performance of decision by B&B TV is associated with litigation between the sides in accordance with the laws of the Azerbaijan Republicâ€.

â€œAs you can see, the statement made by the President of Azercell Ali Agan on violation of Azerbaijani legislation by B&B TV is wrong and thereby damages the image of the business operator of cable television. In connection with this, B & B TV leadership recommends Agan before making such a statement, to read the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic and then to act with such irresponsible statementsâ€, said Babayeva.

Remind that, yesterday the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan granted a license Azercell Telekom to provide services of 3G. Company President Agan linked the delay of commissioning of this service with not releasing of frequencies of B&B TV.
