Production of electronic products rises 63% in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. In January-August, 2011, production of computer, electronic and optical products, electrical equipments stood at AZN 100.3 mln.

State Statistical Committee says that cost of the mentioned products in the country increased by 62.6% compared to a year ago.

â€œProduction of electrical equipments rose 12.3%, as well as production of power transformers rose 30., TV sets â€“ 2.1 times, refrigerators â€“ 4.5% during the reporting periodâ€, the committee said.

At the same time, as of September 1, 2011, AZN 14.7 mln-stock of finished goods or 6.1% of finished stock was in warehouses of enterprises. Cost of finished products rose 44.1% compared to a year ago.
