Baku White City Project reaches the final of MIPIM Asia Awards 2011

Baku. Vahab Rzayev - APA-Economics. Baku White City Project has reached the final of MIPIM Asia Awards 2011 (Hong Kong) competition in the category Â«Best future project of Central and Western AsiaÂ».
In addition to the Baku White City, in this category were selected projects of the tourism cluster Â«Northern Caucasus ResortsÂ» (www.ncrc.ru), as well as Abu Dhabi International Airport Midfield Complex project presented by the Â«Kohn Pedersen Fox AssociatesÂ» company (www.kpf.com).

The jury of the largest in the Pacific region international real estate and investments exhibition MIPIM Asia 2011 comprised of leading experts in the field of real estate of Singapore, Hong Kong, France and Russia and other countries.
In total in the final of MIPIM Asia Awards 2011 participated 29 projects from 80 countries, including China, India, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE and Azerbaijan. Projects were presented in such nominations as Â«Best Business CenterÂ», Â«Best Â«greenÂ» buildingÂ», Â«Best hotel and tourism resortsÂ», Â«Best mixed-type buildingÂ», Â«Best residential buildingÂ» and the new nominations Â«Best Chinese future projectÂ», Â«Best shopping centerÂ» and Â«Best urban regeneration projectsÂ».
Winners will be announced on November 16, 2011 based on results of jury secret voting, as well as virtual rates of the exhibition participants in online regime.
International real estate exhibition MIPIM Asia, which aims at attracting foreign investment to the Pacific in the construction and organization of effective communication for regional investors, held in Hong Kong every year since 2006.
