Azerbaijan to present national â€œElectronic schoolâ€ model at international level

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The delegation of Azerbaijan will take part in the First International Conference â€œElectronic School â€“ 2011â€ to be held on September 15-16, 2011, in Kazan. The conference is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, and by Intel corporation.

Azerbaijan will be presented at the conference Head of the Department of Web Content Management and e-Education System Informatization of Ministry of Education, Ayaz Abushov, coordinator of educational programs of Intel Corporation in Azerbaijan Teymour Mammadov, coordinator of educational programs of Microsoft Azerbaijan Emin Akhundov, Head of e-learning department of ULTRA company Sarkhan Mammadov.

The conference will discuss models of digital educational resources in other countries, including Azerbaijan. The organization of training teachers in ICT infrastructure, development of informatization of education and the first results of their implementation will be considered too.

The Forum also includes the use of computer technology for support of the federal state, educational standards of primary general education in Russia in 2011, the exchange of international experience in the field of personalized education, including the implementation of the concept of â€œone student: one computerâ€.

The conference will bring together representatives of Russia and England, Argentina, Brazil, Macedonia, Mexico, Singapore, Ukraine and other countries.
