Minister of Communication and IT criticizes function of Azercell and Bakcell

Minister said that, the Ministry had taken all steps on it.

Abbasov also noted that, Bakcell and Azercell hesitated to accept these conditions: â€œAzercell and Bakcell will obtain the license on conduction of 3G license after accepting of these conditions. But, they donâ€™t hurryâ€.

Minister said that, according to rules, the network of operators might be transparent. Second is to switch to carrying numbers. But, Azercell does not interest in it. Third is the reduction of prices in traffic exchange among the operators. Itâ€™s 5 kopecks I Azerbaijan, today. â€œWe decided to reduce the traffic fee to 2 kopecks. Bakcell and Azercell donâ€™t agree with this. They will obtain license, when they accept these conditionsâ€.
