Bakcell believes that customer awareness is a key to successful customer service, and constantly introduces new projects to respond to the growing demands by customers. The idea of launching the Bakcell magazine was generated by the tremendous growth and potential of mobile telecommunications market, not only in Azerbaijan but also worldwide. Bakcell “055†magazine will serve as a guide for all mobile phone users to learn about the latest developments in mobile telecommunications sector and new technology.
On July 27, with the support of the volunteers from the Center for Support to Youth Activities, Bakcell organized a city-wide campaign in Baku to distribute the 1st edition of the “055†magazine. The Bakcell magazine, issued with 100.000 copies is also available at all Bakcell branded service and sales points, including dealer shops in Baku and the regions. Note that “Bakcell†has more than 220 Service and Sales Points throughout the country providing high quality service to customer. The first issue of the magazine covers interesting topics as what’s new in Bakcell, how to become a VIP customer, past and upcoming events in mobile telecoms, latest technology trends, etc. “055†readers can also participate in various contests and win cool prizes from Bakcell and other well known technology brands, for example in the first edition readers can win products from Apple.
