Cabinet of Ministers instructed within 15 days to approve the structure and limiting the number of employees of the State Road Transport Service, within 2 months to prepare and submit proposals to bring the President acts in accordance with this decree. In the same period, the Cabinet of Ministers and relevant bodies of the central executive responsible for adapting the regulatory legal acts in conformity with this decree, and inform the head of state.
Within a month the Ministry of Transport of Azerbaijan requested to approve a special dress code, image, and the rules of wearing distinctive signs of the inspectors of the State Road Transport Service, who will perform supervisory functions.
Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Transport to resolve other issues emanating from this decree.
