Non-residential areas continue to go down in Baku

Baku. Ali Ahmedov â€“ APA-Economics. Comparative changes were observed in sale and rent prices of commercial real estate in April, Baku. Number of non-residential areas supplied to market, rose 2% in April. Decrease of supply prices in market and comparative decrease of dynamics on this segment of market caused lower demand, increase of space of time (2.4%).

According to Property Market Participants PU, non-residential areas included private buildings and others. Dynamics of closed deals on this segment decreased by 2.4% compared to March.

Sale price of commercial objects in Baku dropped 1.8% in comparison to a year ago, 0.5% from a month earlier.

1mÂ² of non-residential area was sold for $2,904.
