Azerbaijani President signs order on several measures in organization of e-services rendering of state bodies
Central Executive Power Bodies must take the following measures for organization of e-services rendering in three months:
- in accordance with the authorities, establishment of special e-service sector in official internet information reserves for e-service rendering;
- posting of e-form of service name, required documents’ list, relevant documents (application, form and etc.) in e-service sector, provision of use of persons from this sector without obstacle;
- provision of receiving of filled up forms and scanned copies of required documents as e-form, sending of affirmation document to that persons and consideration of those documents in accordance with legislation’s rules and time;
- utilization of e-information reserves (information bases, information-searching systems, registers and other information resources) conducted by state bodies for getting information about the relevant documents, requirement of those documents from, the same persons when it’s impossible;
- provision of payments of duties and other payments for rendered services in a real time mode and taking of necessary security measures to provide the security of operations and private information conducted via e-serevice sector;
Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies was ordered to organize the providence of individual and legal entities, applying on utilization of improvement of e-service, with e-signature in three months, take necessary measures for providence of state bodies to conduct information exchanges among the information systems, provide the establishment of e-government portal for organization of utilization of state bodies from the e-services on the bases of “single window†system, provide the methodical support to Central Executive Power Bodies for organization of e-services, take the necessary measures to hold trainings for civil servants for increase of level in utilization from information technologies, submit a report on implementation of measures to the Cabinet of Ministers, in a month.
Central Executive Power Bodies must submit the report on implementation of measures in a month.
Cabinet of Ministers was ordered to take relevant measures on taking the funds for these measures into consideration in the state budget, with Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies, analyze the conducted works on implementation of measures in order and inform to Azerbaijan’s President in three months.
