Baku. Ali Ahmadov – APA-Economics. In April, 2011, offers in secondary housing market of Baku city went down 1.1% compared to March, average price decreased by 0.7%. It was shown by the monitoring conducted by Real Estate Market Participants Industrial Union.

Price decrease was caused by housing rehabilitation opportunities and limitation of cash sales. Average price went down 0.7%, from $1007cubic meters to $1000 cubic meters.

In April, price rise (0.7%) was observed only in Garadagh district.

Most attractive for activity coefficient were as in previous month – Yasamal and Khatayi districts.

State on rooms remained unchanged in April – decrease was observed in 3,4 and 5-room flats. The most reduction on offer was observed in 4 and 5-room flats. Increase was observed in 1 and 2-room flats. The most increase was observed in 2-room flats – 1.3%.
