Baku hosts Azerbaijan-Israel ICT Business Forum

Baku. Vahab Rzayev - APA-Economics. Israel-Azerbaijan ICT business-forum was today held at Azerbaijan Communications and Information Technologies Ministry.

Deputy Communications and Information Technologies Minister of Azerbaijan Iltimas Mammadov has underlined that Azerbaijan and Israel have wide potential to develop cooperation on project implementation for placing national satellites in Earth orbit and "e-government " which is the Ministryâ€™s higher-priorities.

Israel Ambassador in Azerbaijan Michael Lotem greatly valued expansion of cooperation between the countries and voiced a hope that cooperation will be set between certain Azerbaijani and Israeli companies.

Deputy Communications Minister of Israel Eden Bar Tal noted that the delegation comprises reps of both private and state sectors of Israel which will guarantee strengthening of interstate relations as a result of agreement making.

Within the forum Israeli and Azerbaijani companies got acquainted and shared opinions.

Note that, within the visit representatives of Israeli delegation are going to continue talks with local companies.
