According to him, this issue is investigated by the Ministry of Communication and IT: â€œThere is such issue that, all mobile operators will refuse this serviceâ€.

Note that, any user can call other by hiding the number. Besides, the opposite side can get the hidden number only by applying to law-enforcement agencies. This disturbs some users. Some of the persons using this service are officials. Other users only want to disturb other users.
