Minister: â€œThere are still uninspected new buildings in Bakuâ€

The minister said that during construction of any building relevant commission conducts inspection: â€œConcrete, fittings, and other structures are analyzed, examination of the construction supervision is conducted. Thereafter, new building is taken overâ€.

Touching upon non existence of such commissions recently, the minister said at present, uninspected buildings still remain: â€œAll constructions must be analyzed. It is impossible to take over a building without inspection. Some persons want to take over the building after the construction. But it is impossible. Inspection is very difficult process and demands a lot of financial resourcesâ€.
