Construction works rises 0.1% in Q1 in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The prices in construction works have increased by 0.1% in Q1 of 2011.

According to State Statistical Committee, the prices in surface construction rose 0.2%, in road and bridge construction went down 0.5%.

â€œPrices in surface construction rose 0.2%, social-purpose buildings â€“ 0.1%, construction of production facilities â€“ 0.7%. Construction of 6 and multistoried buildings rose 0.1%, up to 5 stored buildings â€“ 0.3%â€, the committee told.

Moreover, construction of administrative buildings increased by 0.6%, prices in construction of secondary schools remained unchanged.

At the same time, prices in road construction went down 0.5%, bridge construction rose 0.1%.
