Baku. Ali Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Enhancement of cooperation between UAE and Azerbaijan was discussed during meeting of delegation led by UAE Economy Minister Saeed Al Mansouri with Minister of Transport Ziya Mammadov.
Speaking about recent reforms conducted in Azerbaijan’s transport structure, done works, as well as implemented big regional projects and extension of international cooperation, Mammadov said that transport was given attention at the state level.
Saeed Al Mansouri noted that there were big opportunities for extension of economic relations between Azerbaijan and UAE and that both countries were interested in it. Agreement on more enhancement of cooperation in transport sphere was reached at the discussions. Director General of UAE Federal Customs Authority, representatives of emirates’ central Bank, Abu-Dhabi Construction Fund attended the meeting as well.
