International automobile exhibition starts in Azerbaijan - <font color=red>UPDATED</font>

The exhibition is organised by Iteca Caspian LLC, part of ITE Group Plc (UK).

105 companies of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Belarus, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Canada, China, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, Lithuania, Taiwan and Switzerland attend the event. Three large sectors operate in the exhibition which include spare parts and accessories for vehicles, commercial transport and all types of transport.

Â«HyundaiÂ», Â«JaguarÂ», Â«Land RoverÂ», Â«VolkswagenÂ», Â«NissanÂ», Â«InfinitiÂ» and cars of Nakhchivan Automotive Plant are demonstrated at the exhibition. Several presentations are planned to be held within the exhibition.

Deputy Chairman of Avtonegliyyatservis Department of Transport Ministry spoke about the development of transport sector of the country, in the opening ceremony of the event. He note that, the cars produced in Azerbaijan are also demonstrated at the event. These are Lifan cars.

Secretary General of Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation Mahammadali Afandiyev stressed that, the private sector had developed in Azerbaijan.

Iteca Caspian executive Director Farid Mamadov says 105 companies from 14 countries attend the exhibition.
