Private planes and helicopters to be permitted in Azerbaijan

According to him, the law on â€œAviationâ€ doesnâ€™t consider points on it. But because of being in demand, SCAAA makes investigation on it, learns experiences of the other countries.

According to him, the military condition of the country plays role in prohibition of use of flying apparatus. Thus, space over Karabakh is considered closed air space.

Mammadov noted that the â€œRules on utilization of Azerbaijanâ€™s air spaceâ€ would be approved: â€œat first it is needed to learn if the airports have conditions to receive the flying apparatus and give fuel, and on which height these apparatus will fly. We have determined the terms for light planes on this rules. For example, the rules for the planes having more than 600 kg and the other flying apparatus will be very severeâ€.

The administration director underlined the improvement of some laws. Mammadov said that the project on State Program for Aviation Security prepared by SCAAA is considered in the Cabinet of Ministers and will be approved in the near future.
