Some details have been obtained about unknown persons who broke into office of Arayik Harutyunyan, the leader of the Armenian bandits in Garabagh and opened fire, APA reports.
It became known that two people living in Khankandi fired at the administrative building and nearby people in a drunken state around 03:00 on August 28.
They have been detained.

It is noted that at night, unknown persons entered the office of the leader of the Armenian bandits in Garabagh, Arayik Harutyunyan and opened fire from guns.
It is unknown if Arayik Harutyunyan was in the administrative building at the time of the shooting or not. The identity of the perpetrators and whether there were any victims during the shooting is unknown.
Note that the tension between the Armenian bandits in Garabagh has escalated more recently.
