On September 10 at 13:45, a citizen of Iran - Hamidi Bahman Hajimahmud, a resident of Parsabad city, born in 1977, who violated the state border and attempted to illegally cross from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Azerbaijan, was detained by border guards in the service area of the border outpost of the "Horadiz" border detachment of the State Border Service, located near the village of Amirzeidli, Beylagan district.
On September 10 at 21:45, citizens of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan - Seraj Helaluddin Serajeddin, born in 1993, and Haidari Ezatulla Abdulkasim, born in 1997, who violated the state border and attempted to illegally cross from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Azerbaijan, was detained by border guards in the service area of the border outpost of the "Lankaran" border detachment of the State Border Service, located near the village of Gapichimahalla, Astara district.
During the investigation, it was determined that the detained persons officially entered the country, and by violating the state border intended to migrate from the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Georgia, and from there to one of the European countries.
Operational-investigative measures on the fact are underway.
