"The search for the persons found guilty of committing the Garadagli massacre continues is ongoing," Senior Assistant to the Military Prosecutor - Head of the Press Service of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, senior justice counselor Firad Aliyev said, APA report.
He noted that the investigation carried out by the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan determined that members of the Armenian armed forces deliberately and mercilessly killed 67 people from Garadaghli village of Khojavand district starting from February 14 and including the 17th of 1992.
Currently, comprehensive investigative and operational measures are being continued under the supervision of the Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev and Military Prosecutor Khanlar Valiyev, and all measures will be taken in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, as well as the generally accepted norms and principles of the international law. Every person who has committed crimes against peace and humanity and other crimes against Azerbaijani people will definitely receive the deserved punishment.
