A measure of restraint in the form of detention has been chosen against Armenian criminal Davit Manukyan, APA reports.
The court elected a preventive measure against Davit Manukyan in the form of detention for a period of 4 months.
The presentation of the Main Investigation Department of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan regarding Davit Manukyan, who has the high military rank as Major General, and the first deputy commander of the Defense Army of the so-called “Nagorno-Karabakh” Republic, was reviewed at the Sabail District Court.
The presentation was ensured in the process chaired by judge Azar Taghiyev.
The Court has sentenced Davit Manukyan to 4 months of preventive detention.
Note that Davit Manukyan was detained at the Lachin border checkpoint yesterday.
