Elchin Panahov, 32 and Elchin Bayramli were immediately taken to the Clinic Medical Center, the hospital sources told APA. Bayramli was discharged from the hospital after receiving first aid. Panahov, who received closed brain trauma and cerebral contusion, is staying at hospital to continue the treatment.
As a result of strong wind in Baku on Friday, roof of one of the Azerbaijan Defense Ministry’s training center collapsed. The roof was carried away by the wind and its parts created traffic problem. A brigade of the Ministry of Emergency Situations cleared the road from the roof remains.
Two were injured during the accident.
