Resident of Astav Village of the region Natig Orujov wounded his sister-in-law Mushgunaz Orujova and killed nephew Nofal Orujov with sporting gun. Mushgunaz Orujova died at hospital.
The murder was committed on the basis of family dispute and Orujov was in drink while committing the murder.
The Police are continuing the investigation.
