Soldier wanted in Azerbaijan arrested

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The soldier wanted in Azerbaijan was arrested. Sumgayit police office told APA that Orkhan Chingiz Sultanov, 20, faced charges under articles 331 (insult, causing injuries or torture of a military man), 332 (infringement of authorized rules on mutual relation between military men at absence of subordination relations) and 341 (abusing authority, excess or inactivity of authority) of the Criminal Code. Sultanov wanted by Gazakh region military prosecutor’s office was detained by Sumgayit police office in Jorat settlement and handed over to Gazakh region military prosecutor’s office. Investigation is underway.
