Resident of Eshle village, Asif Mukhtar Nazarov, 36, knifed his cousin Afgan Gurbanali Eyvazov, 30. Eyvazov was taken to the resuscitation department of Lankaran Central Hospital. He is reportedly in critical condition. Nazarov has been arrested.
Lankaran police office has launched criminal case on the fact, investigation is underway.
