Baku-APA. The decision adopted by Azerbaijani Parliament on Amnesty Act on the occasion of Novruz Holiday has been executed in detention facility #7, APA reports.
The Act has been applicable to 60 prisoners. Five of them have been released today.
897 inmates are detained in the detention facility.
