Baku. Ramil Mammadli-APA. Former Health Minister Ali Insanov has today been transferred from medical unit to detention facility #13, Murad Suleymanov, Justice Ministry’s Main Medical Department Deputy Chief told APA that there was no need for treatment, which had been carried out since two months. Suleymanov said that he had no health problem.
The lawyer of Insanov Agaveys Shahverdi told APA that the defendant considered that the treatment did not conclude and they would appeal to Chief of Penitentiary Service Main Medical department Rafael Mehdiyev.
The European Court of Human Rights passed decision on providing former health minister Ali Insanov with treatment and taking him to hospital on his complaint. According to the decision, Justice Ministry set up a commission consisting of 6 men. Ali Insanov suffered from hypertonia, chronic colitis, Protrusions of intervertebral discs, rootlet syndrome.
