Baku. Hafiz Heydarov –APA. A man, who gave false information to police about the installation of bomb in Icherisheher station of Baku subway, was detained. Polkice identified the place of call-box, where the anonym call was made, and also identified the caller, law-enforcement officials told APA. The hoaxer was already detained. Police didn’t make public his name because he has mental case.
The police received a report on installation of bomb in subway station “Icherisheher†in Baku at 14.10 two days ago.
The man said that the bomb had been installed in metro station “Icherisheherâ€. The officials of Baku Main Police Department arrived at the site. The officials of Ministry of Emergency Situations and policemen carried out an investigation and movement of trains was stopped.
The investigation found out that it was false bomb alarm. The movement of trains was restored as the investigation concluded.
