Terrorist group consisting of two foreigners and four Azerbaijanis neutralized in 2008

Baku-APA. The terrorist group consisting of two foreign members of international terrorist organization and four Azerbaijanis was neutralized and criminal case was launched on them in 2008, APA reports.
The annual report of Azerbaijani Government, which has been submitted to MM, says that 17 people accused of making relations with international terrorist organizations were arrested under the decision of Court of Grave Crimes. The terrorist action was committed in the mosque â€œAbu â€“Bakrâ€ on August 17, 2008 and it caused death of people and its activity was stopped. 36 people were detained and 27 of them were arrested (two are foreigners) on the fact. Many ammunitions and special communication means have been confiscated from armed group. The head of terrorist group functioning in Dagestan has been killed during the operations. Three more terrorists (Azerbaijanis) have been neutralized in Gusar by National Security Ministry.
Wanted man accused of grave crimes and special serious crimes has been arrested under the tasks of Prosecutorâ€™s Office and former group of policemen, committing armed attack on exchange has been also neutralized and one revolver marked â€œTTâ€ has been confiscated from them.
Moreover, 31 criminal cases on 103 persons have been submitted to the court.
