Humbatov said if Milli Majlis passed decision on the amnesty on Marc 17, the fulfillment of the decision would be started on March 18. He said it would be possible after the participation of the prisoners covered by the amnesty act in the referendum. The Act of Amnesty will be fulfilled within 4 months, said the department chief. Himbatov said that the amnesty acts were fulfilled within the several days after its adoption.
The draft law on the Act of Amnesty on the occasion of Novruz Holiday is expected to be adopted in Milli Majlis on March 17.
