Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. Supreme Court considered the appeal of ex-economic development minister Farhad Aliyev against two officials of National Security Ministry, the court told APA. Judge Anvar Shadiyev presided over the hearing. The court rejected the appeal filed against deputy chief of detention facility of the National Security Ministry Zaur Bannayev and chief of military medical department of the ministry Mazahir Yagubov.
The court regarded Farhad Aliyev’s claim that the officials violated his constitutional rights as groundless.
