Balaken resident kills his ex-wife in central market before peopleâ€™s very eyes

APAâ€™s Shaki-Zagatala bureau reports that it happened in the central market of Balaken region at 11.50. Resident of Shambul village Burbamov Teymur Mahma, 47, knifed his former wife Ahmadova Ayzenet Musa, 45, who was engaged in trade in the market. Burbamov escaped after committing the murder.

Teymur Burbamov was arrested by Balaken region police within an hour. During the initial interrogation he said he had killed his wife because of jealousy.

Criminal case has been launched on the fact on article 120.1 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code.
